Interior Architect / Project coordinator

Are you an interior architect with a passion for design, organization and client interaction? Collett & Victor is looking for a Interior Architect / Project coordinator to help shape our growth and support the launch of our new showroom in Kortrijk (opening February–March).

• In this role, you combine client guidance, design and project coordination within the highest segment of the interior design world. Collett & Victor works exclusively with (interior) architects and designers, who visit our showroom together with their clients to select the perfect seating, fabrics and materials. You welcome these clients and their architects, translate their ideas into concrete proposals and guide them through every stage of the project.

• Based on architectural plans, you prepare quotations for custom projects and international clients.

• Once approved, you develop the designs further in SketchUp and prepare detailed drawings for production, possibly after taking on-site measurements.

• You follow up the entire process until the finished product leaves our workshop in Izegem.

• You will also assist in the preparation and organization of international trade fairs, where Collett & Victor presents its collections to architects and design professionals from Belgium and abroad.

• You have a solid knowledge of SketchUp and preferably experience with other design software.

• You are precise, well-organized and client-oriented.

• You have strong commercial flair and can translate aesthetics into functional solutions.

• You have an eye for detail and delivering quality is of great importance to you.

• You have a genuine passion for interiors and an eye for proportions, colours and materials.

• You work independently and maintain a clear overview, even when managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• You communicate fluently in Dutch and have a good command of French and English.
