Marketing & Sales Advisor

To further shape the growth of Collett & Victor, we are looking for a Marketing & Sales Advisor who has a feel for high-end interiors, professionally guides clients, and also helps strengthen our marketing. You will work from our new showroom in Kortrijk together with our sales team. You will occasionally visit the workshop in Izegem for alignment, product knowledge, and project follow-up.

Do you have a passion for design, marketing, and customer contact? Collett & Victor is looking for a Marketing & Sales Advisor to help drive our growth and to help shape our new showroom in Kortrijk (opening February–March)

• Managing, refining, and keeping our website and social media channels up to date

• Based on architectural plans, you prepare quotations for custom projects and international clients.

• Creating and sending high-quality content: posts, blog articles, newsletters, and targeted mailings

• Supporting the preparation and organization of trade fairs and events for architects and design professionals

• Contributing ideas on how to launch our new showroom in Kortrijk strongly and put it on the map

• Welcoming clients and architects in the showroom, translating their needs into concrete proposals, and guiding them through every phase of the project

• Translating client wishes into initial concepts, including drafting basic plans

• Taking on-site measurements to support accurate and well-thought-out project development

• Preparing quotes for bespoke projects and international clients based on plans

• Ensuring a high-end showroom experience, with aesthetics, calm, and professionalism at the core

• In addition to your commercial flair, you know how to translate aesthetics into functional solutions.

• With a passion for interiors, colours, and materials, you continue to develop your expertise within our range.

• You have proven experience in marketing and communications (preferably in interiors, design, or premium brands).

• You communicate fluently in Dutch, French, and English.

• Accuracy, structure, and a strong customer focus define the way you work.

• You feel at home in the high-end interior world and have a clear understanding of clients’ expectations in terms of style, quality, and service.
