Seamstress

At Collett & Victor, we’re looking for a skilled seamstress with an eye for detail and a passion for working with high-quality interior textiles. Based in our workshop in Izegem, you’ll play a key role behind the scenes, sewing and finishing covers and textile components that define the comfort, craftsmanship and refined look of our collections.

• In this role, you will work with high-quality interior textiles and carry out precise sewing work. Based on Dutch production orders, you will operate the available sewing machines. After finishing each piece, you will carefully check the product for quality. Depending on your skills and interests, we will train you to become a fully qualified cover maker/upholstery cover specialist. You will also contribute practical and creative ideas with colleagues to ensure an efficient workflow.

• You have proven experience as a seamstress, ideally in interior textiles, made-to-measure work, curtains or upholstery.

• You are looking for at least a 4/5 position, preferably full-time (5/5).

• You can work independently and keep a clear overview, even when several projects run in parallel.

• You communicate fluently in Dutch and/or West Flemish.

• Day shift.
