After our visit in spring, Collett & Victor crossed the Atlantic once again this autumn for High Point Market, the world’s largest home furnishings trade event. From 17 to 21 October, High Point, North Carolina, became our home away from home once more.

Every spring and autumn, the city of High Point transforms into the beating heart of the furnishings world. Its Market District fills with designers, retailers and makers from every corner of the world, all drawn by the same curiosity: to discover what comes next in the world of interiors.

A Belgian story, told abroad

Bringing our collection to High Point means sharing more than furniture. It means telling the story behind every piece: the hands that shape, upholster and finish it, the materials chosen with care, and the timeless character that defines Collett & Victor. For some visitors, it was a first introduction to our atelier. For others, whom we first met in spring, it was a welcome chance to reconnect.

The collection, up close

This season, we presented our pieces at 313.Space, a beautifully restored early 20th-century mill in the heart of High Point. Its warm wooden floors and generous natural light created an inviting setting for our collection.

Generous sofas formed the heart of the presentation: the Anna sofa, the Bilbao sofa, the Comporta sofa, the Robin sofa and the Felix sofa in its corner configuration. Alongside them, the Clara one seater and the Samos one seater offered more intimate places to pause. The Louisa fixed seat and the Hecto fixed seat with pouf, together with the Rozy pouf, showed the versatility of our seating. Around them, the Nova dining table, two Nova coffee tables, the Nova end table and the Otis coffee table brought warmth and structure to every setting.

Each piece could be experienced as it is meant to be: by sitting down, feeling the fabrics and noticing the details that photographs so often miss.

Looking ahead

The conversations that began in High Point will carry on long after the market closes, in new projects, collaborations and ideas. Thank you to everyone who took the time to visit us and share their vision with us.
