Business process & operations manager

Each piece is the result of precision, aesthetic sensitivity and a true passion for the craft.

As Collett & Victor continues to grow and professionalize, we are expanding our organization with the opening of a new showroom in Kortrijk and a growing international client base. To support this evolution, we are looking for an experienced Business Process & Operations Manager who can bring structure, optimize processes and think strategically alongside management.

• As Business Process & Operations Manager, you will work closely with the company’s founders and support several key domains within the organization. You will help set up, roll out and improve our ERP system (Odoo) and actively contribute to the optimization of internal processes both in the workshop and in the administrative flow.

• You will also work on pricing and cost calculations, support the definition of sales prices, analyze business data, and identify improvement opportunities that translate into concrete actions. You will contribute to organizational development, efficiency and strategic growth, assisting the founders in decisions that shape the future of Collett & Victor.

• You hold a degree in economics, business engineering or business management, with relevant experience.

• You are practical, analytical and results-oriented, a true problem solver.

• You enjoy bringing structure and can both design and implement processes.

• You combine strategic insight with a hands-on mentality.

• You communicate fluently in Dutch and English (French is an asset).

• You have an affinity with aesthetics and design, and feel at home in a high-end environment.
