Om onze groei verder te ondersteunen, zoeken we een Finance & HR Medewerker die de financiële en administratieve werking van Collett & Victor nauwgezet opvolgt en verder professionaliseert. Je werkt vanuit ons atelier in Izegem.

• You manage the bookkeeping, including accounts receivable and payable, bank transactions, payroll and monthly reporting to management.

• You handle invoicing, debtor management and the follow-up of open projects and invoices in our ERP system (Odoo).

• You optimise financial processes through digitalisation and automation where possible.

• You prepare and follow up on VAT and other mandatory filings.

• You finalise the annual accounts in collaboration with the external accountant.

• You manage HR administration: personnel files, insurance policies and practical support for our team members.

• You hold a graduate or bachelor’s degree in an economic discipline.

• You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in a finance role.

• You work confidently with MS Office and accounting software.

• Experience with Odoo is a plus.

• You work accurately, discreetly and in a structured manner.

• You take initiative and proactively think along on process and administrative improvements.

• You communicate fluently in Dutch; knowledge of French or English is a plus.
